Jamaica

Jamaica

The Caribbean has many offers to give you, and as many options to choose from. Jamaica is very small, but when you get there it is going to seem like a big place to explore. On a hot day relaxing at the beach and going for a nice daily swim will seem regular. The waters in Jamaica are so beautiful and have a light blue tint so nice that you can see all the way to the bottom of the oceans. There are many waters to go to in Jamaica like the Blue Lagoon, Reach Falls, and so many more I cannot even count. Depending on where you go you will find nature and different terrains of all types going from forests, caves, rivers, and even mountains. Depending on where you are these could be amazing and fun for anyone of any age. One completely different thing is for sure culture even having different music, food, and so many other things. Music could expand from Reggae to rock steady which has a unique timbre distinctly to Jamaica/Caribbean culture. Food across the world can be shared within different countries, but only the best of the original food is where it came from. You have food like Jerk chicken which has a nice pepper flavor to it, and Ackee and codfish which has a nice light salty flavor which is a favorite among tourists. They have many more foods, but these are the two most traditional foods from Jamaica. Something that is different in Jamaica and weirdly enough is their houses which have an interesting look to them. There is one place called Rose Hall Great House which has history and is an 18th-century house that is amazing. Not only that, but you can even see houses by the water looking amazing, and honestly the water makes it look better. Some more history will be a place called Port Royal which still features cannons and old walls which were built. What is even more interesting is how a part of Port Royal was destructed by an earthquake making an underwater city. The history of this city claims to be run down by pirates in the past around the 1600's
